  • New San S.A. in the issuance of bonds for a total amount of US$12,7 million made under its US$50,8 million Global Note Program. BBVA Banco Francés acted as arranger and placement agent in the transaction (2010).

  • Crédit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., as international placement agents, and HSBC Bank Argentina S.A. and J.P.
