The team is led by Mr. Carlos María Rotman, a former Commercial Court of Appeals Judge for two decades and Chairman of the National Court of Appeals on commercial matters for three periods. Among its renowned members are Mr. Rodolfo A. Ramírez, who also seated as Chairman of the same Court of Appeals for three periods, Mr. Francisco J. Cárrega, former Judge of first instance at the same Commercial Court, Mr. Mariano A. Rovelli, who specializes in litigation, commercial and banking law, and Messrs. Leandro J. Caputo and Martín Beretervide.
