The IP Group provides a full range of services as regards the acquisition, use and enforcement of patents intended both to protect the technology developments of clients and to achieve their business goals. It provides counseling related to patents of invention and utility models, advise on the availability of patent protection, the patentability, validity and possible infringements to patent and utility models law, prosecution of appropriate patent application, registration and enforcement regarding plant variety protection, licensing and patent litigation.

Since December 2007, our firm has jointly created a Patent Business Unit with Berken-IP, a boutique intellectual property firm. This unit is aimed at providing a wide range of in depth and value added services in patent matters. The combined technical, legal and litigation expertise of the members of the unit allows us to provide a full range of complex services in an efficient and timely manner as to fit our client's needs.
